Alien Assault is a fast, focused arcade shooter about one thing: holding the line as an alien invasion drops down on you from above. Each level throws a single wave of enemies at your ship, and your job is to repel it before their bombs finish you off. It's a tense, pick-up-and-play throwback to classic space shooters, distilled to pure reflex. With only 3 lives to your name, every shot and every sidestep matters, and the pressure builds the moment the aliens start their descent toward your position at the bottom of the screen.

Playing is instantly familiar. You slide your ship left and right with the arrow keys and fire straight up with the Space bar, picking off aliens while weaving away from the bombs raining down. Clearing a level means destroying every single alien in the wave, so there's no hiding or waiting it out. Across the 15 levels the difficulty climbs steadily: early waves give you room to learn the rhythm, while later ones pack denser formations and heavier return fire that punish slow reactions and force you to keep moving and shooting at the same time.

The winning strategy is all about positioning and patience. Prioritize the aliens directly above you, keep your ship in constant motion so bombs can't line up on you, and clear the edges before you get boxed in.
